This is the second review from Structural-Safety and covers the period from December 2012 to December 2014 for work done by SCOSS (Standing Committee for Structural Safety) and CROSS (Confidential Reporting on Structural Safety). It is the 19th review since SCOSS was formed in 1976.

Note: this review was published by Structural-Safety. Since March 2021, Structural-Safety is integrated under the name Collaborative Reporting for Safer Structures (CROSS).
